California High Speed Rail

Peyser Associates has assisted the California High Speed Rail Authority in gaining the award of more than $4 billion in federal funding for the nation’s first high speed rail system.

Sound Transit Light Rail Expansion

Peyser Associates has assisted Sound Transit in obtaining five Full Funding Grant agreements from the Federal Transit Administration worth $3.27 billion and six loans from US DOT’s TIFIA program for $3.31 billion.

Otay Mesa East Port of Entry

Peyser Associates helped SANDAG gain a $175 million grant from the US DOT INFRA program and provides strategic advice to the agency in negotiating partnership agreements with the General Services Administration and the Customs and Border protection agency to build and operate a new Port of Entry on an innovative public-public partnership model.

LOSSAN Corridor Realignment

Peyser Associates is assisting SANDAG in advancing planning work for a realignment of the nation’s second busiest rail corridor in San Diego County.

Washington Union Station Expansion Project

Peyser Associates is helping Union Station develop plans for a significant expansion of the federally-owned station and assisted the agency, in partnership with Amtrak, in obtaining the award of a $24 million Federal Railroad Administration to advance the planning. Peyser is also assisting USRC in developing partnerships with transportation providers at Union Station and exploring other funding and financing tools.

Hudson Yards Concrete Casement

Peyser Associates advised The Related Companies in the successful completion of a P3 Agreement with Amtrak under which Related is building a critical link in the connection between the Gateway Hudson Tunnels project and Penn Station in New York.

Snohomish County (WA) Community Transit Swift Gold Line

Peyser Associates is assisting Community Transit in the Seattle suburbs in advancing their next phase of Bus Rapid Transit Development through the Federal Transit Administration’s Capital Investment Grant program.

I-75 Detroit Cap Project

Peyser Associates is assisting the Downtown Detroit Partnership and its partners in the development community and state and local government in advancing plans for a project to reconnect communities separated from downtown by previously constructed highways. The firm has already helped DDP and its partners obtain $6 million in grant awards for planning the project.
